While in-person therapy is always the most effective option because it allows us to provide hands on guidance and more personalized experience, we understand that many of our patients live in rural areas and may not have easy access to our office. • Do I need a referral from a doctor for therapy?

A referral is not necessary, however, we typically work closely with providers as optimal results may involve a multidisciplinary approach to achieve the optimal results.
